For those in the midst of a chapter they didn’t choose, or one they’re still learning how to inhabit. This is for women who need to find the time and space to grieve as they turn toward their own healing.
You may be carrying the ache of betrayal, the quiet grief of paths that didn’t unfold, painful loss or the unfamiliar silence of an empty home. You may have spent years putting everyone’s needs before your own, navigated your own illness or cared for another, or walked through the loss of someone you love.
This offering is for you if you are committed to your healing journey even when the way forward feels unclear. If you are longing for guidance, gentleness, and a space that can hold your unique experience without needing to fix or rush it this is for you.

An intimate and honest journey to honour painful or difficult endings. As we acknowledge the end of a chapter we begin to create space for newness. In 3 x 2 hours sessions we will walk through the events, patterns and situations that led you here. We will build a clear picture of your motivation and desire. Mapping out your next steps you will leave with a plan to help your new chapter take shape.

This is a course for women ready to meet themselves where they are at.
It is for those willing to acknowledge what hasn’t worked, what has been lost, and what can no longer be carried. Honesty reframes failure and loss as a portal for renewal.
Across six two-hour sessions, we move slowly and with intention. We begin by sitting in the depths of loss, giving space to name your greatest challenges and honour what has been endured, before any notion of moving forward is introduced.
From here the idea of change is more than a thought, you will begin to feel it in your body. Letting go of preconceived ideas, outdated dreams, and versions of life that no longer fit creates room for something more honest to emerge.
Inspired by my training as a forest bathing guide, the course is woven with simple nature-based rituals and reflections on life cycles. Reminders that endings are part of renewal, and that new life is always quietly forming is reassuring and inspiring.
By stepping back to explore your journey, you will deepen your sense of self and the wisdom you carry. From this place, we will begin to shape a soulful blueprint for what comes next.
