I am a guide, coach and witness. I work with women through the moments when life changes shape, when something has ended, is ending, or simply no longer feels the same.

My own work has been shaped by a life of endings, beginnings and reinvention, alongside many years spent creating spaces for people to gather, connect and feel at home. I am a published author, stylist and curator, and my creative background is inseparable from the way I work with people. I care deeply about how a space feels, what it invites, and whether you can truly exhale within it.

Alongside this, I am a trained death doula, transpersonal coach, sound practitioner, women's circle facilitator, Reiki practitioner and forest bathing guide.

I work with women navigating divorce, grief, loss, disappointment, empty nesting, changing identity, broken dreams and the many quieter endings that can be just as profound. My experience as a death doula has given me a deep understanding of grief and of the importance of being able to sit with what is difficult, without rushing to fix it or move on.

Sometimes we need to talk. Sometimes we need to pause. Sometimes we need a different perspective, time in nature, sound, reflection or simply somewhere safe to land.

My role is not to tell you who you should become. It is to walk alongside you as you make sense of what has happened, find clarity within the uncertainty and begin to trust yourself again.

I believe our lives are made up of a million and one endings. Some break us open. Some quietly change our direction. And some, with time, reveal possibilities we couldn't see before.

There is room for grief, darkness and uncertainty here. But there is room for joy, too.

Through 1:1 work, intimate circles and retreats, I create spaces where you can pause, be witnessed, reconnect with yourself and begin to see what might be possible from here.
