One-to-one

Life transitions · Personal support · Endings & beginnings

I support women through endings and transitions, creating space to accept what’s ending, reflect on what has been, and discover the clarity, vision and momentum to move into what comes next.

Whether this is the end of a relationship, children leaving home, redundancy, the loss or death of someone you love, I have a particular understanding of grief and loss through my training and experience as a death doula. I know that grief can take many forms, and that endings, even those we choose or know are coming, can bring a profound sense of loss.

There is no formula for navigating an ending, no right way to feel, and no set timeline for healing. What matters is allowing yourself the time and space to move through it in your own way, without rushing the process.

Together, we create space for whatever you are experiencing. Whether you need a quiet, supportive space to sit with your loss, or feel ready to begin making sense of what has happened, we meet you where you are, at a pace that feels right for you.

Over time, we begin the journey of piecing things back together: reconnecting with yourself, rediscovering what matters to you, and exploring new hopes, desires and possibilities for the life ahead. Not by returning to who you were before, but by finding your way towards a new sense of self and what comes next.

I meet you where you are and offer thoughtful, grounded support that responds to what you need in that moment.

The work is yours. I’m there to help you find your way through it.
