I am a published author and stylist, an award-winning retailer, and a long-standing curator of events. My work bridges a rich creative background with holistic and trauma-informed practice, allowing me to bring depth, imagination, and emotional intelligence into the spaces I shape and hold.

Alongside my creative practice, my holistic work runs deep. I am a death doula, women’s circle facilitator, sound practitioner, transpersonal coach, and forest bathing guide. Whether I am creating an event, holding a circle, or working one-to-one, I bring the same devotion to presence, care, and intentionality.

I work with women who find themselves in transition, after loss, disappointment, betrayal, illness in the family, empty nesting, or the unravelling of an identity that once made sense. Many of the women I work with are in midlife or beyond, though my work is not defined by age, but by depth, readiness, and a willingness to meet change honestly.

I hold space for broken dreams, grief, and the quiet aftermath that follows endings. My work is rooted in the understanding that beautiful healing spaces are not accidental. They are shaped slowly, with care, deep listening, and respect for what is tender.

Through insight, reflection, sound, nature connection, and transpersonal awareness, I support women to reclaim their inner authority and trust their own rhythm again. I offer my sessions as a highly skilled intuitive guide and coach, sound practitioner, death doula, therapeutic nature guide, and women’s circle facilitator. Alongside this training, I bring the grounded presence of someone who has lived through a kaleidoscope of endings and found beauty, simplicity, and meaning on the other side.

From intimate private gatherings to retreats, collaborations, and corporate commissions, I create gentle, intentional experiences rooted in the moment and held with deep presence. My work is widely recognised for its warmth, originality, and quiet magic.
