Introduction
These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of this website and to the purchase of products,
events and services from Bless Stories.
By using this website or placing an order you agree to the terms below. Bless Stories
operates in the United Kingdom and ships within the UK only.
Products
All products are subject to availability. Many items may be handmade or small batch and
slight variations may occur. Images and colours may vary slightly depending on screens.
Pricing
All prices are listed in GBP (£). Prices may change without notice. Payment must be made in
full at the time of purchase.
Shipping & Postage (UK Only)
Orders are shipped within the UK. Dispatch usually occurs within 2–5 working days.
Shipping is via Royal Mail Tracked or similar courier.
Shipping Rates:
Flat rate of £4.95
£75+ – Free UK shipping
Bless Stories cannot be responsible for postal delays.
If your item arrives damaged please contact us within 48 hours with photos.
Returns
Customers have 14 days from receiving their order to request a return.
Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return postage.
Refunds will be issued once the item is received and inspected.
Opened candles, oils or hygiene items may not be eligible for return.
Events
Bookings for sound baths, ceremonies or workshops are non‐refundable.
If you cannot attend you may transfer your place to another person by informing us in
advance.
If Bless Stories cancels an event you will receive either a full refund or the option to transfer
to another date.
1:1 Sessions & Coaching
Private sessions must be paid in advance.
Bookings are non‐refundable.
If possible please give 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule.
Participation & Wellbeing
By attending an event you accept responsibility for your own wellbeing.
Bless Stories cannot accept liability for personal injury unless caused by negligence.
Intellectual Property
All text, imagery and branding on this website belong to Bless Stories and may not be
reproduced without permission.
Event Participation Waiver
By booking and attending a sound bath or gathering you acknowledge:
• Sound baths and meditation practices support relaxation and wellbeing
• You take responsibility for your own physical and emotional health
• If you have medical conditions, are pregnant, or have concerns regarding sound vibration
you will consult a healthcare professional beforehand
• Participation is voluntary
