There is something grounding about lowering yourself into a seaweed bath.
These salts are made with sustainably harvested Irish seaweed gathered from the clear Atlantic waters, mineral-rich, elemental, alive with trace nutrients. Blended with Epsom salts, they create a soak that feels both grounding and quietly powerful.
This is what I reach for after a long day on my feet.
After travel.
After holding space.
After life has asked a lot of the body.
The combination of Epsom salt and seaweed helps ease tired muscles, encourage circulation and gently reduce water retention. You feel lighter when you step out. Clearer and restored.
Rosemary and sweet orange essential oils lift the blend, herbaceous, bright, subtly energising. It isn’t overpowering but it is just enough to awaken the senses while the body softens.
250 grams
Package in a reusable apothecary glass bottle.
I add a generous handful to warm running water and allow it to fully dissolve before stepping in.
Then I soak. Twenty minutes if I can. Longer if the day has been demanding.
Afterwards, I drink water, wrap myself in a robe and move slowly. Let the minerals continue their quiet work.
Perfect after physical or emotional exertion.
Epsom Salt (Magnesium Sulfate)
Sustainably Harvested Irish Seaweed
Rosmarinus officinalis (Rosemary) Oil
Citrus sinensis (Sweet Orange) Peel Oil
