These gatherings are an invitation to step away from the noise of daily life and enter the quiet intelligence of the natural world. In the space between the forest floor and the canopy of trees, an unspoken language awaits, offering inspiration, reflection, and a deeper sense of belonging.

Together we move through forest-based meditation and a guided sensory journey, emptying the mind and opening the heart as nature takes the lead. As a group, we learn to listen with presence and curiosity, recognising the metaphors and messages woven into the wild.

These sessions bring a softening and settling of the nervous system. In the embrace of the land, there is room to grieve, to ground, and to gently prepare the soil within you for new growth. What begins as quiet communion with nature becomes a shared practice of renewal and connection.

    This session will gently guide you to:

    • Reset your nervous system through immersion in nature

    • Slow your pace and soften out of stress

    • Reconnect with your senses and the present moment

    • Find emotional clarity and inner steadiness

    • Restore a sense of belonging and quiet aliveness

    This session can be especially supportive if you are feeling:

    • Overwhelmed or anxious

    • In need of rest, clarity, and nervous system support

    This session supports overall wellbeing but is not a replacement for medical treatment.

    This session will gently guide you to:

    This session is especially supportive if you want to:

    • Mark a moment in a unique way; whether you are celebrating or working through grief together

    • Experience something original, restorative and grounding as a group
