To extract turkey tail, we use industry leading Ultrasonic Assisted Extraction (UAE) technology: the UAE methodology breaks down the mushroom cell wall made of chitin. Chitin is a strong material that can be partially broken with alcohol extraction, but to fully extract those precious compounds in turkey tail f.ex. triterpenes, we need technology.
