Quilt 2:3 is a beautiful example of the age old process of upcycling and patching together old cotton saris and sheets. Made from 2 layers of vintage fabric each kantha has a front and a back making it a verstaile textile for your home. The fabrics of this stunning quilt are block printed on one side and a combination of block printed and tie dyed on the reverse. The white kantha stitches of the quilt are extra small and create a top layer of geometric patterns on the quilt. Although pre-washed this kantha is vintage and does have signs of wear that add to the story of this unique and authentic heritage piece.
