This is an introductory workshop to the world of Flower Essences and plant alchemy. Bel will teach the group how to read plant energies, how to use them for different purposes and how to work with Flower Essences. She will teach botanical aspects of very common flowers that are safe and powerful to use, whilst everyone crafts their own essence.
This is a workshop for a group looking for an intimate experience and for a new connection to inner creativity. It is ideal for a social gathering or for a team looking for new ways to connect, to learn about each person's perspective and to get to know one another on a deeper level. This makes a unique corporate or team building experience.
