In this session we clear your energy field, balance your chakras and work with one or sometimes a few issues. It's a powerful healing modality that works on the physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual level.
What happens in an Energy Healing Session?
We begin by having a chat getting to the root of what you need. For the energy healing part you’ll usually be lying down. I work with a range of different techniques including chanting & meditation. These release any energetic blocks, allowing energy to flow freely, restoring the body's natural energy flow and state of balance. Before the session closes there is space for you to integrate your experiences.
It is a highly personal experience, no two sessions are the same in the way that no two people are the same. We work with an intention that in that moment is as unique to you as your fingerprints.
You may feel sensations or nothing at all, you may go to sleep, or stay awake.
You may feel a deep level of relaxation. You may feel nothing at all.
Whatever your experience, know and trust that the healing goes exactly where it needs to go.
